How to Order Custom Orders

Review my custom order policies/options below BEFORE submitting request

Once all policies are reviewed…..

  1. Email shemadevinyls@gmail.com (also at bottom of this page) with your request including your preferences/option of custom, materials desired, time needed, etc. PRICES BASED ON ITEM AND MATERIALS TOWARDS BOTTOM OF PAGE

    This is not payment but simply a submission to begin the custom process! It’s okay if things change once I reach out!

    *NOTE* Just because you send a submission does not mean I can/am willing to do it! If the custom request does not fall within products I typically offer (ie custom tees when I normally don’t sell clothing) then I more than likely will not accept! For situations such as that, please reach out via email

  2. I will reach out within a few days of your submission to help begin the process! This is the time to get detailed & we can bounce ideas back and forth until it’s what you want. During this time, we can also discuss budget, when the order is needed, or anything else you need regarding your order!

  3. Once all ideas are finalized, I will send an invoice to you with the final price which will include shipping

    PLEASE NOTE! I will not begin to physically create the order until payment is received! If you need it in a timely manner please be diligent & pay as soon as you can so I can create it and get it to you in time

    PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME IS HEAVILY DEPENDENT ON ORDER SIZE, DETAIL, AND WHEN/IF FINAL PAYMENT OR START OF PAYMENT PLAN IS RECEIVED SO PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED!

Custom Policies/Notes

  1. Custom requests must fall within the realm of what I sell currently; which is a variety of cups, totes, and bookmarks! I don’t make custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. I can and have, however, made iron on designs/assembled cup wraps that will be sent to you to apply on your own with instructions. If this is the case with your custom, please be specific!

  2. Payment plans are available ! Just mention this to me in your submission if you would need one!

  3. Pricing also depends on the complexity of the design! My time is already limited as it is, so I take the value of it very seriously

  4. Customs can be bought in bulk! See below for pricing!
